ICED TEA... don't remember where I got this sucker, but it's been my favourite for years and years...
BOIL two cups of water Take the water off the heat and put in sex re... SIX regular sized tea bags. whatever flavour you dig. Poke 'em in kinda good so they go underwater. put in a bit of baking soda so as to make it less bitter and stir it around a bit if the bitterness bugs you. let it sit COVERED for fifteen minutes. put sugar in your pitcher. i use like 5/6 of a cup cause a whole cup seems like overkill to me but you can use however much you want or even none but that sounds horrible to me *beam* stir it around fiercely til you reckon it's all stirred in put in 6 more cups of cold water that is all

So I just made some really amazing soup so I'm gonna tell you how I did it. I took a wee little pot and put some rice milk in it and salted it and put it on medium heat and while it was heating up I cooked a fake chicken patty in the microwave by the instructions on the box and then cooked a medium sized potato in the microwave for four and one half minutes and then when the milk was boiling I put some little bits of broccoli in to cook and some mushrooms from a can and I cut up the fake chicken and then I put the potato in the pot and squashed it all up and then I put the fake chicken in and stirred it and smooshed it all up and now it's soup.

1) Cook some pasta. 2) Meanwhile, toss some sundried tomatoes that come in a jar into a frying pan and also make sure a good bit of the oil in the jar gets in. 3) Put the pasta in the pan and toss it around a bit. 4) You're done! Season with salt, pepper, and some kind of cheese maybe

Mmm they are awesome. It's like a tomato raisin, but that sounds not great, and they are. Great. I actually didn't like them as a little kid but now I really love them, they take some getting used to perhaps.
I imagine that the canned kind would just be where ever the rest of the canned stuff, like pickles, are in the grocery store. There's some that just come dried but those are not the right kind for making pasta.

My mate Abi and I have this awesome recipe for chocolate milkshakes. All you do is put 1 litre of vanilla or whatever flavour you like ice-cream into a bowl with 500ml of chocolate sauce and 1 cup of milk. Then you whiz it all up and you have sickeningly chocolatey milkshakes. But they are really yummy.

They make an ice cream thing with chocolate soy milk. Mmmm I might actually like it a bit better than normal ice cream
