So yeaa we were really bored.... ;D
Aaaahhhh… the power of cheese…. The succulent feel as you bite into its soft (and sometimes mouldy) flesh. The tantalising scent of the milk drifting sleepily on the breeze as it slowly ferments.
The beauty of cheese… the glossy finish glinting in the afternoon sun, the spine-tingling sensation when it melts in your mouth. The silky excitement as you lift the cheese tenderly towards your mouth, savouring every moment.
The fun of cheese, romping through the fields of cheeseplants and dairy cows with a nice slice of good French brie. Rolling in the cool, steaming mud streams, whilst singing songs of fermentation.
The adventurous cheese; climbing from trees, swinging like a lovely cheesy monkey from branch to branch.
The cheeky cheese. Blowing raspberries at all the other cheeses who have to go to smelly corner shops when YOUR cheese get to go to Tesco’s new megastore.
The evil cheese… Plotting… Cackling… Fermenting… as it skulks slyly at the back of the Morrison’s cheese shelf, getting mouldier by the minute, unlike those goody-two-shoes yoghurts.
The flirtatious cheese, batting its creamy eyelashes at passers by, enticed by its overwhelming cheesiness.
The exotic cheese, hanging around in smoky artists’ studios, performing exotic dances in exchange for whey… Allowing itself to be licked only by those in possession of unnaturally large amounts of whey.
The glamorous cheese; dominating the catwalk at every city’s fashion week, making all of those chocolates and low-fat creams look nothing short of cheesy, in all their prada and gucci.
In a nutshell, cheese is powerful, beautiful, fun, adventurous, cheeky, evil, flirtatious, exotic, glamorous and all around catastrophically, phenomenally brilliant.
EAT. CHEESE.
